Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or buyer's remorse.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is lost in transit, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos or additional information to help us review your claim.

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:

  • A replacement item
  • A store credit
  • A full or partial refund

Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
